  Honestly I don't like rating businesses online because it necessarily comes across as petty but this was a crappy overall experience for me. And not the first, or second. Maybe they can improve from it, or at the very least you can be forewarned going into them. There was poor communication from beginning and poor follow-through. Also weridly rude at times? Like I was inconveniencing them being there. Zero urgency for the fact that I'm in pain and needed some expediency. I came in with impacted wisdom-teeth, was referred--but not really. Then was told an oral surgeon would come in and take care of me. They didn't. Felt kind of like a product on a conveyor-belt. They reiterated they'd referred me already. So after wasting a month of waiting on them to put together a referral I was told multiple times was being set up I decided to call the oral surgeon myself. They had never received a referral. My folks have received the same "falling through he cracks" experiences. Which is why they left. The practice, oddly enough, was the brilliant one who thought to only extract two wisdom teeth to begin with, years ago. Again, this probably seems more antagonistic than it should. But just very minimal patient concern was disappointing--or perhaps poor organization. Idk. Not worth it, especially if you're in an urgent situation.
